Select "Employees" from the left side menu.

Click "Add Employee" in the upper right corner.

Fill in the employee's name, mobile phone number, pay rate, and whether they are hourly or salary.  This is also where to designate your employees as a W2 or a 1099.

Click "Save & Invite" to send a link to the employee's mobile phone so they can download Hourly's app.  You may also select "Save".  Your employee's information will be in our system, but no link to the app will be sent.

Click on the employee's name in your list to finish their setup.  Add their address.

Add employee's social security number, family status and number of allowances, and click "Save".

Add any legal garnishment your employee may have.

Once the employee information has been added, they are ready for payroll.
